By accessing or using TEKSAI's ("we," "us," or "our") products, services, website, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, distributors, contractors, and visitors to our website or facilities.

TEKSAI provides lightning protection and earthing solutions including:

• Lightning protection systems and arresters
• Earthing solutions (copper bonded rods, electrodes, enhancement compounds)
• Surge protection devices (SPD)
• Site surveys and technical assessments
• Installation and commissioning services
• Testing and maintenance services
• Technical consultation and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time with appropriate notice to affected customers.

• Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of products
• Resale of products without proper authorization
• Misrepresentation of product specifications or capabilities
• Unauthorized use of TEKSAI trademarks or intellectual property
• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws

• Order cancellations must be made before production/shipment commences
• Customized products are non-refundable once production begins
• Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are subject to inspection and approval
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

• Installation services are provided as per separate service agreements
• Customer must provide necessary site access and permits
• Installation schedules are coordinated based on site readiness
• Customer is responsible for site preparation as per TEKSAI specifications
• Installation charges are separate from product pricing

6.1 TEKSAI Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical specifications, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary information remain the intellectual property of TEKSAI. Customers may use products for their intended purpose only.

6.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and use licensed technologies in accordance with applicable agreements.

6.3 Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their project data and specifications. TEKSAI may use anonymized project information for technical improvement and marketing purposes with appropriate consent.

8.1 Product Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period specified in product documentation. Warranty terms are provided with each product and may vary by product type.

TEKSAI's liability is limited as follows:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
• Products must be used in accordance with specifications and applicable standards
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

TEKSAI may terminate or cancel orders for:

• Non-payment after grace period
• Violation of terms or agreements
• Force majeure events
• Technical or safety concerns
• Mutual agreement

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently:

1. Direct Communication: Issues should first be discussed with customer service or sales team
2. Formal Complaint: Written complaints reviewed by management within 7 business days
3. Mediation: Third-party mediation if direct resolution unsuccessful
4. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Indian law if required

All disputes are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be communicated through:

• Website notifications
• Email to registered customers
• Notice in quotations and order confirmations
• Updated terms posted at our facilities

Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material changes will include a 30-day notice period.
